Made In Mississippi, USA, this window passthrough panel kit makes it easy to add a passthrough panel through walls, existing window panels, etc.

  • Each kit comes with:
  • Two 11.75" x 1.875" stainless steel flat panels
  • Each panel has six 5/8" holes for bulkheads, one hole for the ground lug
  • Six 2" SO-239 bulkheads, nickel plated brass bodies, gold plate center conductors
  • Six outside seals for the bulkheads
  • One stainless ground lug with star washers, lock washers, flat washers, nuts, and wing nuts
  • Template for centering pilot holes

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Installtion is pretty simple.

  1. Pick the panel you would like to use for the install.  It can be a 1"x 4" board, a different board, an existing windw frame, etc.  Using the bulkheads provided, the maximum thickness should be 1".  For these instructions, we will assume it is a flat board.
  2. Cut out the provided template and tape it to the board.  Make sure it is centered and level.
  3. Using a sharp nail or a center hole punch, make a dimple in the exact center of each hole.
  4. With a 5/8"spade bit, drill six holes for the bulkheads.  For the ground lug, drill a 7/32" hole.
  5. Place one stainless panel over the holes on one side, and make sure all holes line up with the holes in the panel.  Make adjustments in the panel holes if needed.  
  6. Slide the six bulk heads through the stainless panel, using one nut as a stopping point.  On the other side of the board, slide on the other stainless panel, and screw on the other six nuts.  
  7. Make sure the bulkheads are centered in the board.  
  8. Add the ground lug.
  9. If you have bulkheads that will not be used right away, block off the outside of the bulkheads with the supplied rubber caps. 
  10. Make the partially-open window secure by bracing a board or stick between the top of the window and the top of the window frame.
