This come exactly as shown. I have included photos of the inside of the meter. The electrical components look pretty clean, no swollen or burned components are apparent. The battery compartment has green battery corrosion, and one end of the battery holder is broken. So, this cannot be used as it is now. Buildup the broken part, and maybe it'll be okay? The case looks average for its age, and the clear meter lens is in pretty good shape for its age. Not perfect, but pretty clear. Please take a close look at the photos, they are the best description.
