Here's what I know about this one.  It's pretty clean, and from what I can tell, it receives fine, and appears to transmit.  I say "appears" because the meter doesn't work, and there are no local CB stations to test with.  Push to talk does light up the transmit lamp, and an external meter jumps up with the output.

Comes with correct AC cable and correct mic.

I did add a video of the radio in operation, so use your own judgement.
