This scanner is used, and appears to work fine.  It is not programmed, but it scans easily, and stops when the squelch is turned up, and resumes scanning when the squelch is turned down.  The power supply is included. Not tested with a battery, but the 9V contacts are clean and shiny.  SN 966451.
