These eight batteries are used, and removed from service.  They were not thrown away, they were saved, which makes me think they have some life left in them.  I do not know the history of these batteries, except they were used in law enforcement radios.  HOWEVER, I have no way to charge them or test them for suitability, so they are being sold as is, no warranty, no return.
