MFJ-624E Telepatch II Deluxe Hybrid Phone Patch With Power Supply

This is a used, good working, very clean phone patch.  This does include the power supply.

Cosmetically this is about as nice as a used piece can be.  There are a few, tiny little marks along the edges of the top, but that's it.
