Kenwood TM-V7A Dual Band Radio, For Parts Or Repair Only

This is a pretty clean Kenwood TM-V7A, 2M/440MHz radio, with a blank display screen.  No lines, just a pretty, blank, bright blue display.  I did a full reset (Hold VFO/MR and power it up) to see if that would help, and when it first powers on, there are some very short, faint displays at the very bottom, but they go away as soon as the power button is released,

I was able to test the output (I have a test mic for this one), and using a 10% variance VHF/UHF wattmeter, it had 45 watts out.  

No further testing was done, and now you know everything I know about it.

It comes exactly as shown in the photos.  No mic.  Nothing else, just the radio body and the radio head.   The head snaps solidly to the face of the radio, and the release lever for the head has a good spring to it.
