This is a very clean Kenwood TM-2550A 2 meter n(144 MHz) transceiver.  It works very well, and DOES have the TU-7 tone module installed.  The TU-7 does work.

This comes with original mic, radio manual, TU-7 instructions, and new mounting bracket in box.  This is about as complete a setup as I've seen in this series of Kenwood radios.

Be sure to watch the video, it shows the radio on a tone-controlled repeater as well as an open repeater.   I got good audio reports on each repeater.
