Clean Icom IC701PS power supply, tested good.  Serial number 02452.   Original clear plastic is still on the case handle.  Speaker works good.

Actual weight is just under 18 pounds, shipping weight will be 23 pounds. 

Supply connects to the radio using the three-prong female plug shown in the last photo.
