Icom IC-718, Powers Up, With Mic And 10' Power Cable
This radio was supposed to be a good working radio when I got it, it looks fine, but when I got it home it had no audio and it doesn't appear to transmit.
Frequencies change, "TX" lights up upon PTT, all controls seem to work, but cannot get audio out on internal or external speaker, or headphones. The front panel scale does not indicate power out upon PTT. I did a factory reset on it, and there was no change.
Sold as is, for parts or repair, no warranty of any kind, no return.
