Hewlett Packard (GE) 7239 Tube, Tested Good, Clean and Nice
Listing is for one tube only.
These tubes were used in a university environment, and they were swapped out whether they needed it or not as part of preventative maintenance. They have been tested on a Hickok 533A. All tube are made by General Electric (plant code 188), in the USA.
If you need a matched pair, please message me and I will put that together for you, no problem. Just buy two tubes, and message me that you need a matched pair. Matched pair means the mutal conductance of the two tubes is within 10% of each other.
Most of the tubes date from 1966, a couple are from 1965, and a couple are from 1984. One tube no longer has a date code. There is no guarantee you will get a specific year.
The Gm of the individual tubes ranges from 1900 to 2450, with most of the tubes in the 2000 to 2200 range.
This tube will be in a white box, and the Gm and manufacturing date will be listed on the box.
The tube shown in the photos is one random tube used as an example, it is probably not the specific tube you will receive, but it is very representative of all the tubes in this listing.
