This is a clean Heathkit speaker, HS-1661. The only cosmetic defects I see are two scuffs in the paint on top, and these can be seen in the photos.
The input cable terminates in a male RCA jack (as it should), and there is an RCA/1/4 TRS adapter included, so this can be used in other applications.
