This 4 tube receiver, made 1961-1964, still works well.  Videos show AM reception as well as 11-14 MHz range SW reception.   Videos show receiver connected to a simple longwire antenna.  Cleaning of the controls would help performance.  This is easily done with any quality contact cleaner that includes a lubricant.  I recommend Deoxit D5, but there are other products that work well also.
