Not everything sold by Heath was a kit. This power supply (which operates very quietly) was factory built in Japan. Serial number 9C020167.
The output rating is "20A Extended Duty Cycle".
This is a combination power supply and external speaker.
DC output meters 14.1 V. PS has binder posts on the back, as well as a 4 pin connector for the Heath radio it was made to power. Using the binder posts will provide 20A power to non-Heath radios or other items.
Actual size is 11x9x4. That's with the kickstand flat against the bottom.
Shipping weight is 17 pounds, though actual weight is a bit over 14 and a half pounds. (Packing material and boxes have weight, too.)
