Drake SP-75 Speech Processor With Original Manual
This is a clean, used Drake SP-75 speech processor unit. It was designed for the TR-5 and TR-7 radios, but in reading about it it looks like it can be adjusted to work with most any older transmitter.
The manual is clean and complete, please see the photos. Publishing date on the manual is 1980. The price on this, in 1980, was $159.
The reviews on eham.net are very positive, getting five out of five stars. One of the reviews noted that by using the phone and tape patch inputs on the back, this can be used as a digital processor. I can't testify to that personally, but it looks like this processor is being used for more than just speech.
Serial number is 240.
From what I can tell, this has not been tampered with. Since I cannot test it, it is being sold as is, for parts or repair.
