This is a 36" long red and black cable, two tinned leads on one end, and a 2.1MM (hole diameter) plug on the other.  The plug is 5.5 MM long.   The MFJ part number is MFJ-5513.

Center conductor is positive.  Sleeve is negative.

While this is used in a lot of applications, it is commonly used as the lamp power source on many MFJ antenna tuners and other MFJ products that require 12-13.8 VDC from an external cource.
