CB radios here are all used (unless stated otherwise) and have been tested for receive and transmit.  I'll tell as much as I know about each radio.  Radios that do not test well are scrapped. Most used CB radios date back to the 1970s through the 1990s, so they are all in the 30-50 year age range, and some maintenance is to be expected on all of them.  Because of their age, they are sold as is. I'll try to list what they come with, but unless the listing says something is included, it is not.  Most used CB radios will not have a detachable power cable included.
