Alinco DR-235T MKIII Mobile VHF FM 220MHz Transceiver, Unused, VIDEO

Everything about this radio says it's never been used.  Power cable, mounting hardware, microphone, all are still in the factory wrap.  The box sat on a shelf for a long time, until I opened it and powered it up with a power cable in the shop.  There is some dust on the radio, I think the radio sat on top of the box for a time.

Powers right up, very nice display.  The protective plastic film is still on the display.  Mounting bracket and hardware kit are in the box.

I set the radio to scan, and it scanned as expected.  This may have been the first time the mic was taken from the box.

There is no 220 MHz activity (repeaters or users)  in our area, so this is available.  If there was any 220 activity here, I'd keep it and use it.
