9,000+ Resistors, 125+ Numbers, See List And Photos
I recently received a lot (over 9,100 more or less) new resistors from a small manufacturer. The manufacturer made accessories for amateur radio, and he had quite the collection of resistors. I have bagged these carefully, keeping like with like, and ended up with 130 bags of resistors. This ranges from a bag with one or two chassis mount, wire-wound resistors to bags with 400 or 500 through-hole metal film resistors. There are a few carbon film resistors, and some axial military safety metal film reisistors.
I want to stress at this point that I did not count each and every resistor individually by hand. A lot of bags were in the 40-50 count range, so I listed them as a 40 count. Bags in the 30-40 count range were listed as 30. I tried my best to undercount the bags, to make sure nobody can be disappointed. But, since these bag counts are estimated/guesstimated, very few, if any, of the counts will be exact. A few of the bags may be a few resistors short, but in most (if not all) cases, the count will be greater than the estimate. My estimated count came up to 9,130 resistors. The actual count may well be higher, I'd be shocked if it was exact or anything lower than 9,130. All this is to say, the counts are all ballpark figures, and there's no guarantee my guess work is exact. It'll be close, but not exact.
Each bag is labeled the way the manufacturer had the parts labeled, and I relied on that when I wrote this listing. If an identification could have been better, I'm sorry. I am relying on the info provided by the manufacturer.
All resistors are new, and of recent (i.e., last few years) manufacture. Many of them are from Digikey. Most are unbranded, but in my experience, this manufacturer did not use questionable brands or parts.
If you're wanting to put in a good stock of resistors without having to buy each value separately, and use multiple sources, for less than retail, here's your chance.
The photos show one shot of all the resistors in bagsm in a bin. The other shots are sample bags of the same value.
These will ship safely and quickly from Mississippi.
The following lines are the number of ohms, times the count. So, "43K X 50" means there are 50 resistors rated at 43,000 ohms.
