13 Oz. Of Resistors, Capacitors, Other Parts, Salvage And New Mix

This sale is for electronic parts, many of the parts are vintage, salvaged years ago by an electrical engineer in my area.  He couldn't bear to see perfect;y good capacitors and resistors sent to the electronic grave yard when a device was no longer worth the cost of repair.   He began collecting these in the 1950s, and continued doing this through his passing about 10 years ago.  He had nearly 80 pounds of salvaged parts he had accumulated over the decades. 

These salvage parts sat on the shelf for years.  Later in his life, he began putting new, overstock resistors into the box, so he ended up with a mix of vintage, salvage parts and new, overstocked parts.  

These are being sold exactly as they were found, no cherry-picking was done.  Each zip lock bag weighs at least 13 ounces, so the finished package will be less than a pound, and fairly inexpensive to ship using USPS Ground Advantage.

I am posting photos of one sample bag, and the contents of two sample bags.   The contents you see in the photo only represent what you will receive, this is not the actual mix and parts, so if you see something that is exactly what you need for a project, it probably won't be in the actual bag you receive.  It could happen, but probably won't. 

I sold a lot of these bags in the last few years, and last week I found another partial box of the same parts mix, so I'd adding a few more bags online today. 

Each bag will be shipped in a box.  There is no warranty on the contents, and no return.  Some folks have sorted the parts to find rare caps or resistors that can no longer be sourced new, and some jewelry makers have used the parts for fashioning jewelry.   

The mix in this box appears to be mostly resistors.
